Access Optics Appoints New CEO for its New Phase of Growth

Access Optics, an ISO 13485 certified contract design and manufacturing company specializing in minimally invasive visualization devices, announced the appointment of Matthew Gregoire as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

He brings over 25 years of cross-functional leadership experience. Prior to joining AO, he served in ever increasingly responsible positions at Moog, Inc., Cooper Surgical and Olympus Medical Systems as well as other publicly traded medical device companies.

Gregoire earned his BS in Optical Engineering from University of Rochester and is named on several published patents which cover a diverse range of technological innovations. He holds a blackbelt in Six Sigma, and is a Shingo Prize recipient.  He is dedicated to operational excellence and integrity in his commitment to Access Optics, its customers, and its employees.
